Samsung Galaxy Note 3 launching in early October at AT&T
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 can be already pre-ordered at AT&T in the US. The carrier is asking $299.99 (on contract) for the device, saying that orders will be shipped “around October 1.” The off-contract price is $729.99. T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear will be both available on October 2. The Note will cost $199.99 (plus 24 equal monthly device payments of $21), while the Galaxy Gear is going to be offered for $299.99 (contract-free). Obviously, Verizon and Sprint will offer the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, too. Most likely, they’ll also do it in early October.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with a clock speed of 2.3GHz, it also feature 3GB of RAM. Samsung will also launch another version of the handset powered by a Samsung Exnyos 1.9Ghz Octa core processor, this will launch later in the year.
On the back of the Note 3 is a 13 megapixel camera with a BSI sensor, auto focus, and Smart Stabilization, the camera also comes with an LED flash. Up front we have a 2 megapixel camera which also features a BSI sensor and Smart Stabilization that can record Full HD video at 30 frames per second.
The Note 3 comes with a choice of either 32GB of 64GB of built in storage, it also features a microSD card slot that can take up to 64GB cards for added storage.
